Seeking Relationship Managers
Southern Cross Capital has developed aggressive goals to increase its Relationship Managers , and to meet our objective, we are seeking seasoned commercial mortgage loan originators. This is a great opportunity to maximize your earning potential with your existing contacts.
The Relationhip Manager performs these duties: Generates loan volume from bank channel referrals, advertising and direct solicitation from borrowers, realtors, business brokers, lawyers and accountants . Pre-qualifies borrower, completes loan application and answers questions from customers. May pre-qualify application before submission to underwriting. Meets performance standards and goals established by management . Spends approx 80% of time in business development activities. Must be willing to work in a production environment based on a commission pay structure.
Qualifications: Minimum: qualifications: 2 years as a loan originator, with a proven sales record. Must have consistently produced at least $1MM in loan volume each month. Will look at real estate experience in lieu of mortgage banking. We prefer a candidate who has a thorough knowledge of the various mortgage loan products and services and has relationships built with real estate agents, etc in the market.
