Southern Cross Management, Inc., is a privately held corporation formed in 1998 and chartered to deploy capital investment and capital advisory services across a wide range of capital and assets classes. Southern Cross operates three business units that effectively segment our practice area.    

 Capital Asset Management 

Southern Cross directly invests and co-invests with its clients in growth opportunities through both public and private equities.  Our diverse investment targets range from equities, real estate, distressed debt, and distressed assets to fixed income products. Our investors come from a wide array of backgrounds and are represented by high net worth clients, corporations, trusts, pension funds, hedge funds as well as foundations and endowment funds. In managing private money, we tailor each of our investments to the particular client’s financial goals, risk-tolerance levels, tax status, and special situations. In each case, our investment decisions are driven by fundamental research, and our goal is maximizing long-term return at a controlled risk level.

Southern Cross conducts capital advisory and placement services.  We specialize in commercial grade financings funded through a combination of channels in the capital markets.  Our long history as an intermediary allows us to bring the best possible terms to the table. Southern Cross through its investment in Brean Advisors is a full service professional business intermediary that was formed in October, 2007 with a nucleus of professionals that has closed hundreds of transactions with the highest levels of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality. We assist business owners improve their results, grow internally or plan and then execute their business exit or acquisition strategies.  We perform business diagnostics to improve business results/positioning and market value.  If the decision is made to sell, we can facilitate its sale at the best price and terms in a transaction that moves swiftly and uneventfully to closing.
