William P. Fusselbaugh III is the Founder and President of Southern Cross Capital Advisors, with over 25 years of experience spanning capital markets, commercial real estate lending, development, and structured finance. 

Mr. Fusselbaugh specializes in commercial real estate lending and the development and capitalization of Life Science and AgTech real estate platforms, integrating institutional capital with highly specialized operating assets. 

He has developed approximately 35 real estate projects and has extensive experience across asset management, lending, workouts, and complex capital formation, including debt and equity placements and public/private market transactions. 

As Founder, he leads the firm’s commercial real estate practice while overseeing platform-wide capital markets strategy, execution, and growth including distressed debt and loan trading.
