Over the course of his tenured career, Bill has led transactions valued more than $1bn across many asset classes and fundings in the private and public markets. During the first stage of his career he led the real estate development and investment portfolio of Landmark Investment Trust Associates, a developer of land, homes and historic rehabilitation projects utilizing investment tax credits followed by numerous ventures in the private and public markets. He is both an entrepreneur and holds key C-Suite positions. Bill is known for superior execution, understanding of complex transactions and ability to find the right solution.

Mr. Wilson joined Southern Cross in 2022. Previously, he was the founder and Managing Partner of Wilson Capital Partners. Wilson Capital Partners was a capital advisory firm dedicated to serving small-cap and middle market companies assisting them in identifying both debt and equity financing opportunities. Typical transaction size ranges from $10MM-$100MM.
Prior to Southern Cross and Wilson Capital Partners, Mr. Wilson owned and operated $80MM multi-unit retail gasoline franchise operation and several retail strip centers located in the Mid-Atlantic region. He also has held Senior Officer positions at General Electric Company, GE Capital and Dunn & Bradstreet Company. He held the position of President -GE Capital Services and had full P&L responsibility for $110MM business supporting GE Capital’s credit card operation with six locations and 1,300 employees. He was the Director Corporate Audit Staff at Dunn & Bradstreet reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and Chairman of D&B’s Audit Committee.
Mr. Wilson graduated with a BA from Tufts University and attended LaSalle University’s MBA Program. He is a former Board member of the American Cancer Society Foundation, GE Foundation, and a non-profit A Better Chance of Ridgefield, CT
